Title: Prescription Drug Reimportation Bill

Vote to pass a bill that designates up to ten Canadian pharmacies to dispense prescription drugs to state residents. The bill equires the Board of Pharmacy to inspect pharmacies to see that they comply with safety standards established by the Board, and to establish and maintain a website with information on how to order drugs from Canadian pharmacies. The bill also requires Canadian pharmacies to establish and maintain price lists for prescription drugs that guarantee prices for at least 30 days.
