Vote to override a veto of a bill that calls on the local election board to create a separate precinct at or within a half-mile of colleges or universities with at least 500 students, faculty and staff, if one does not already exist. The bill also requires local election boards to establish at least one early voting polling place in their county that must be open from 7 AM to 8 PM prior to Election Day. The bill requires that each polling place receive a computer with records of all registered voters in the county that is also networked with other polling places computers.
