Vote to pass a bill that prohibits waivers from being given to states for the work requirements of the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program.
- Prohibits the Secretary of Health and Human Services from authorizing, modifying, or extending any state experimental or demonstration project that waives compliance with a work requirement of the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program (Sec. 2).
- Requires the repeal of any TANF work requirement waiver granted before the enactment of this bill (Sec. 2).
- Extends appropriations for the TANF program and related programs through December 31, 2013 (Sec. 3).
