The bill sets fines of $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second, and $100 for subsequent offenses for individuals. The bill also sets fines of $100 for the first offense, $250 for the second, and $500 for subsequent offenses for employers that violate these provisions. Additionally, the bill specifies that half of the total fines collected shall be placed into the Tobacco Control Program Fund.
