Vote to pass a bill that limits the interpretation of existing laws governing the use of eminent domain. The bill sets notice requirements when a municipality is interested in a redevelopment program, revises the definition of blight so that it is more specific, sets percentage of nonblighted land that can be taken if surrounded by blighted areas for redevelopnment and, sets requirements for compensation of the property owner.
