Highlights:

• Requires salaries, in effect before June 30, 2012, to be increased by 1.2 percent for the 2012-2013 fiscal year for certain employees including, but not limited to, the following (Sec. 25):
• Full-time state agency employees;
• Public school employees;
• Nonelected employees of the General Assembly;
