- Prohibits the recording of images or sounds at an agricultural facility without the permission of the owner (Sec. A).
- Classifies “agricultural production facility interference” as a class A misdemeanor and any subsequent violation as a class D felony (Sec. A).
- Defines “agricultural production facility interference” as the recording, possession, or distribution of images or sounds from an agricultural facility without the permission of the owner (Sec. A).
- Classifies “agricultural production facility fraud” as a class B misdemeanor and any subsequent violation as a class A misdemeanor (Sec. A).
- Defines “agricultural production facility fraud” as entering an agricultural production facility on knowingly false pretenses or making a knowingly false statement or representation as part of an employment application with the intent to commit an act not sanctioned by the possessor of the property (Sec. A).
- Classifies “false impersonation” as a class A misdemeanor (Sec. A).
