• Requires voters to present one of the following forms of photo identification prior to voting (Sec. 1):
  
  • A driver’s license issued by the state, regardless of its expiration date;
  • An identification card issued by the director of motor vehicles;
  • An armed services identification card;
  • A United States passport, regardless of its expiration date;
  • A valid student identification card;
  • Any valid photo identification used by federal, state, country, or municipal government;
  • Any form of photo identification determined to be legitimate by the supervisors of the checklist or the town or city clerk; or
  • Verification of the person’s identity by a supervisor of the checklist or the town or city clerk.
