Title: Authorizes Regulations of Tanning Facilities

Vote to pass a bill that requires minors be accompanied by their parent to tanning facilities.

Highlights:

  • Prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using a tanning facility unless at least one of the following conditions is met (Sec.1):
    • The individual has a written order from a physician; or
