- Appropriates $34.33 million to the Legislative Department for fiscal year 2012-2013, which includes, but is not limited to, the following apportionments (Sec. 1):
- $11.78 million to the Colorado General Assembly;
- $7.96 million to the State Auditor;
- $1.48 million to the Joint Budget Committee;
- $6.61 million to the Legislative Council;
- $5.24 million to the Committee of Legal Services;
- $677,848 to the PERA Amortization Equalization Disbursement; and
- $579,738 to the PERA Supplemental Amortization Equalization Disbursement.
- Requires that funds not appropriated will go to the Youth Advisory Council cash fund with $8,472 appropriated for its creation (Sec. 2).
