Title: Establishing a Health Benefit Exchange

NOTE: THIS BILL IS SPONSORED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL, COMPOSED OF MEMBERS OF BOTH THE HOUSE AND SENATE THAT OPERATES DURING INTERIM PERIODS, PERFORMING SUCH DUTIES AS CONDUCTING STUDIES AND HOLDING HEARINGS. THE COUNCIL WILL SOMETIMES SPONSOR BILLS FOR THE NEXT LEGISLATIVE SESSION, AND THE LIST OF SPONSORS FOR THIS BILL ARE THE MEMBERS OF THE PREVIOUS LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL, AND ARE NOT NECESSARILY INDIVIDUAL SPONSORS OF THIS BILL.
