Vote to pass a bill that requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to provide a list of self-identified non-citizens to the State Board of Elections, to be forwarded to general registrars and requires that general registrars delete the names of self-identified non-citizens provided by the Department of Motor Vehicles from records of registered voters and mail notice to cancelled persons.
