  • Specifies that a person is subject to the jurisdiction of the United States if the person fulfills the following requirements (Sec. 1):
    • At least one parent who claims no foreign citizenship status;
    • No citizenship or nationality in any other country; and
    • Permanent residence status in the United States.
  • Specifies that a person is a citizen of the State of Arizona if they have been (Sec 1):
    • Naturalized in the United States; and
    • Lawfully domiciled in the State of Arizona.
