Vote to pass a resolution that submits a constitutional amendment to the voters to create a non-partisan redistricting committee.

    • 1 is the minority leader of the senate;
    • 1 is the minority leader of the assembly; and
    • 1 is selected by the other 4 members and voted in by at least three members.
  • Specifies that any registered voter may file a petition with the court challenging a plan of the commission within the forty-five days of the adoption plan (Sec. 1).
