Title: Prohibits Public Schools from Sending Vocational Test Scores to Military Recruiters
Vote to pass a bill that prohibits public schools from forwarding student scores on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery to military recruiters, beginning July 1, 2010.
-Requires public schools that administer the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery to choose the option on the test that prohibits the release of student information to military recruiters (Sec. 1). -Authorizes a student or his or her guardians to choose to release the student's information and scores to military recruiters (Sec. 1).
