Vote to adopt an amendment that makes exceptions to the abortion ban when it is to save the woman’s life or in the cases of incest or rape. The amendment specifies that in the cases of rape an abortion may only be performed if the rape victim receives a physical examination within five days of the rape, reports the rape to law enforcement within seven days and obtains the abortion within thirteen weeks of conception.
