Vote to adopt an amendment that establishes a schedule for the disposition of records in criminal cases, and expands clerks responsibilities to overseeing the Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund. The amendment prohibits the Supreme Court and Appellate Court Chief Justices from summoning judges of the Superior Court or semi-retired judges to hear cases unless a full court cannot be reached using judges of the Supreme or Appellate Court.
