Highlights:
-Authorizes school boards to adopt a resolution that limits the number of terms a school board member can serve to three consecutive four-year terms, provided that the question of term limitation has been submitted to and approved by a majority of the electors of the school district who vote on the proposition at a regularly scheduled election (Amdt 3).
