Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the sale of sports drinks in schools.
- -Fruit based drinks that are composed of no less than fifty percent fruit juice and have no added sweetener;
-Vegetable based drinks that are composed of no less than fifty percent vegetable juice and have no added sweetener;
-Drinking water with no added sweetener;
-2 percent fat milk, 1 percent fat milk, nonfat milk, soy milk, rice milk, and other nondairy milk; and
-An electrolyte replacement beverage that contains no more than forty-two grams of added sweetener per twenty ounce serving prior to one-half hour before school and after one-half hour after school.
