Vote to pass a bill that requires voters to provide photo identification, stipulates that the Department of Public Safety will provide Minnesota photo identification cards free of charge at any Department of Motor Vehicle driver’s license facility to anyone eligible to vote and whose household income is below the federal poverty level, and allows voters who are unable to provide photo identification to vote on unverified ballots.
