Vote to pass a bill that amends appropriations for the Department of Education for fiscal year 2010-2011.

Highlights:

-Reduces fiscal year 2009-2010 appropriations to the State Board of Education and the Board of Regents of the University of Idaho for Boise State University, Idaho State University, the University of Idaho, Lewis-Clark State College, and the Office of the State Board of Education by $29.21 million (Sec. 1). -Appropriates $377.69 million for the State Board of Education and the Board of Regents of the University of Idaho for Boise State University, Idaho State University, the University of Idaho, Lewis-Clark State College, and the Office of the State Board of Education from the following sources (Sec. 2):

-$217.51 million from the General Fund; -$121.66 million from the Unrestricted Fund; -$24.59 million from the Restricted Fund; -$4.31 million from the American Reinvestment Fund; -$2.98 million from the Scientific School Endowment Income Fund; -$2.66 million from the Normal School Endowment Income Fund; -$2.33 million from the University Endowment Income Fund; -$850,800 from the Agricultural College Endowment Income Fund; and -$790,600 from the Charitable Institutions Endowment Income Fund.
