"Today I was honored to be named to the National Defense Authorization Act Conference Committee. I look forward to working with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle and the Capitol to finalize a strong, robust NDAA. The defense of our nation is a top priority, as is ensuring active duty military preparedness and caring for our Veterans. The NDAA is a vital piece of legislation, and I will make sure we get it done right."
