As part of his commitment to represent and serve the Lake Norman community, Congressman Robert Pittenger (NC-09) met with the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce on Friday, March 27th.

"Small business owners are vital to economic growth and job creation," said Congressman Pittenger. "Friday's luncheon was a great opportunity to meet with local business leaders, hear their thoughts and concerns and suggestions, and discuss my efforts to eliminate unnecessary regulations that hurt the Lake Norman economy."

Lake Norman Chamber President Bill Russell thanked Congressman Pittenger for his commitment to businesses in the Lake Norman region. "Congressman Pittenger has been a strong advocate of business since his service in the North Carolina Senate," said Russell. "As a former small business owner, he understands how important small business and entrepreneurship is to our national economy."
