Governors Scott Walker and Pat McCrory offered up a friendly wager today on tonight's NCAA Championship game.

"This is such an incredible moment for all of us here in Wisconsin," Governor Walker said. "The members of the Badger men's basketball team represent Wisconsin so well with their talent, class, personality, and great character.
