Today, U.S. Rep. Ed Royce (R-CA), Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, announced subcommittee assignments for the 114th Congress. Royce also scheduled the Committee's Organizational Meeting for the 114th Congress for Wednesday, January 21 at 10 a.m. in Rayburn 2172. During the Organizational Meeting, the Committee will consider and adopt the Committee Rules and a Committee Oversight Plan for the 114th Congress.
