Maloney Statement on Assault of Josef Kucher

Representative Sean Patrick Maloney issued the following statement on the assault of Josef Kucher, a small business owner in Port Jervis.

"Like so many of my neighbors in Port Jervis, I was shocked and saddened by the brutal assault of Josef Kucher, one of the hardest working men that I've met. My thoughts and prayers are with Josef and his family and friends at this terrible time. I want to commend the leadership of Mayor Kelly Decker and the Port Jervis Police Department for their quick and diligent work to obtain a suspect in this unspeakable act of violence."
