Walorski Receives NAWBO Endorsement

Today, Rep. Walorski (IN-2) announced she received the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) endorsement.

Indiana President Jeryl Mitsch and President-Elect Kathy Cabello announced the endorsement at an event Friday morning, citing Walorski's strong record on protecting and helping Hoosier small businesses across the 2nd Congressional District.

"We are pleased to announce Congresswoman Jackie Walorski as one of the NAWBO endorsed candidates for 2014," said NAWBO National Board Chair Darla Beggs. "As the daughter of small business owners, Congresswoman Walorski understands the key role entrepreneurs play in our economy. We see that understanding impact her efforts to work with women small business owners across the country. We are proud to lend our endorsement to Congresswoman Walorski and look forward to seeing her continue her efforts on behalf of small business owners in the U.S. House," said Beggs.

"I'm honored to receive the endorsement of NAWBO and I look forward to continuing to help women start businesses and create jobs in our communities," said Walorski.

The announcement was held a women owned restaurant in Goshen serving products from local women business owners and was attended by local business owners.

Walorski is one of just seventeen candidates nationwide to receive the NAWBO endorsement.
