Apple's new iOS 8 has new encryption that does not have a back door. Thus, Apple will be incapable of responding to search warrants for the contents. [Washington Post]. While the march of technology has given government more tools, it has also given the citizens more tools. Perhaps a free market and competition can help roll back the police state!
