The National Federation of Independent Business' (NFIB) political action committee, the Save America's Free Enterprise Trust, has endorsed Congressman Bob Latta's re-election as the U.S. Representative for the Fifth Congressional District of Ohio. NFIB is America's leading small business association, promoting and protecting its members' right to own, operate and grow their businesses.

"Our small businesses are the backbone of our nation's economy, and we cannot allow this Administration to force job-crushing regulations and tax increases on our nation's job creators," said Latta. "As we work to spur economic growth and get Americans back to work, I am honored to have the NFIB's support. We must continue to work with our small business owners - not against them - to get our nation back on a path to economic prosperity."

"We support the candidates who support small business," said Roger R. Geiger, vice president and executive director of NFIB/Ohio. "Not only has Congressman Latta been a strong supporter of small business issues during his time in Washington, DC, he is also a dues paying member of NFIB. He truly understands the need for a vibrant small business community back in his district."
