Congressional candidate John Chapman today released a general election ad that highlights Bill Keating's zero percent small business rating, opposition to border security funding and debt limit increases while touting Chapman's support for creating jobs, securing border and cutting spending.

The 30-second television ad will run on cable stations throughout the Ninth Congressional District.
