Inhofe Honored by National Association of Manufacturers for Votes During 113th Congress

U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) today was honored by the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) with its Award for Manufacturing Legislative Excellence. Inhofe received the award based on his voting record during the 113th Congress on issues that are critical to manufacturing in the United States.

"Far too often big-government mandates get in the way of business and manufacturing in the United States," said Inhofe. "Consequently federal policies can inhibit American businesses from being successful in an already highly-competitive global economy. I am proud to fight for Oklahoma's businesses and our manufacturing industry, and I will continue to work to provide clarity for our nation's job creators as they seek out regulatory certainty in a maze of red-tape."
