Eastern Sussex has a large population of seniors, and many more are moving here to retire. We are growing at a rate of 6% a year. Currently, we don't have enough doctors and dentists to serve everyone in a timely fashion. While this shortage is a national problem, the peculiar thing is that it takes longer for doctors and other health professionals to get state approval to move their practices to Delaware than it does in other states. This needs to change.
