Shirl believes that the private sector, not the government, will bring and continue to produce more jobs in Wisconsin. She believes we have to work on environmental issues, especially right here in our own backyard. Shirl and her husband, Ed, have done just that with their business, Mr. Ed's Plumbing. They were on the front line on going green in the industry, and encourage others to do the same.
