If these last five years under President Obama have taught Tennesseans anything, it's that the economy can't recover until government steps out of the way and allows businesses to grow and start hiring people again. Jobs have to come first, and our state must continue its efforts to protect job-creators from excessive taxation, unnecessary regulation, and predatory legal practices. Simply put, a healthier business climate attracts more employers to our state and increases the standard of living for both workers and their families.
Rep. Casada has a long record of pushing to promote job growth in our area and will continue fighting for job-creators and working families alike.
Eliminate excessive government regulations and red tape on small businesses and employers

Keep Tennessee a Right-to-Work state and limit the influence of liberal big labor unions

Protect entrepreneurs from the damaging effects of frivolous lawsuits
