We must make sure that our elderly and children are given proper health care. Parents should not have to send their children to school in order to receive medical attention for an illness. But for many parents the school nurse has become the "primary physician" for the family. Unfortunately their only other choice may be the hospital emergency room which is the most expensive medical care a person can get.
