Marshall believes that America must work to expand voting and participation in our Democracy and not begin to go back to restricting citizens from voting, or participating in our Democracy.

Marshall will fight to re-establish the Voting Rights assurances and guarantees in the Voting Rights Act that were set aside by the US Supreme Court in 2012. He believes that America cannot support any action that disenfranchises voters, or creates roadblocks to voting by any segment of our society.
