Blackburn Statement on Latest Obamacare Delay

Statement

Date: Feb. 10, 2014
Location: Washington, DC

Congressman Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) issued the following statement after the Obama Administration announced another delay for Obamacare's employer mandate.

"If they awarded gold medals for failure, this administration would win the medal count going away. Once again, President Obama is circumventing Congress by acting unilaterally to provide relief for businesses, while ignoring the millions of individuals who are suffering under his failed health care law. It's time for the President to stop delaying and start admitting what everyone else already knows -- Obamacare isn't working. It's time to repeal and replace Obamacare with patient-centered solutions that reduce cost and offer Americans access to the quality coverage they deserve."
