Washington, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Ann Wagner issued the following statement after the State Department issued its latest report on the Keystone XL Pipeline:

"Once again, the State Department has determined that there is very little environmental risk to building the Keystone XL Pipeline," said Rep. Ann Wagner. "Since President Obama called for a 'year of action' in his State of the Union speech, he should heed his own advice and immediately approve the Keystone XL Pipeline. With the stroke of a pen, Preisdent Obama can create thousands of good-paying jobs and begin a new era of energy independence for generations to come. It's time for the President to stop stalling and start leading the American people to a more prosperous future. Now is the time to act!"
