U.S. Representative Sean Duffy (WI-07) released a statement following the House passage of the FY 2014 Omnibus Appropriations bill:

"This bill allows Wisconsin's job creators to plan for the year ahead and responsibly draws down spending. It also provides real relief to many programs which have had to cut back in recent years, including several initiatives in my District.

"I worked with my colleagues to incorporate measures in this legislation that will specifically benefit the 7th Congressional District. Among them, we were able to restore full funding for the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative, provide help for our national parks, and voted in favor of a pension fix for disabled retired military."
