Cassidy Comments on Morganza Decision

Today, Congressman Bill Cassidy (R-LA) released the following statement on Secretary of the Army John McHugh issuing a Record of Decision for the Morganza-to-the-Gulf project. This decision was advocated for by Congressman Cassidy and will enable Congress to authorize the project for funding and construction.

"This decision is critical for the Morganza project and south Louisiana. We are now able to move forward and provide the crucial infrastructure needed to protect our families and small businesses. Completing the Morganza project will remain one of my top priorities."
