Congressman Alan Nunnelee (R-Miss.) released a statement following his vote in support of the Keep Your Health Plan Act, which passed the House 261-157:
"President Obama promised the American people, hundreds of times, 'If you like your plan, you can keep it.' We now know that was a lie, and the President knew it was a lie when he said it. Nobody, particularly individuals, families and small businesses struggling in the Obama economy, should be forced off of health plans they like and can afford. The President should drop his ridiculous veto threat and listen to the bipartisan majority of Americans who want to see health care coverage restored to millions of people."
