Brownsberger Raises More In Fifth District Than Any Other Candidate

The campaign of Democratic 5th District candidate Will Brownsberger announced today that 82% of its campaign contributions have come from donors within the 5th district. These contributions, totaling approximately $494,000, exceed amounts raised by any other candidate inside the district.

"My opponents are raising primarily out-of-district money in this race," Brownsberger said. "But I've been the one meeting people in the district, listening to their concerns, and they respond with whatever contributions they can. As the only candidate in this race who is refusing PAC and lobbyist money, my support comes from where it matters -- individuals in the district who know that their donations will help me go to Congress and fight for the issues that matter to them personally."
