Today, Congressman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), the ranking Democrat on the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, applauded the latest success of the Affordable Care Act.

"Instead of fighting to create American jobs and doing the people's business, today, Republicans are once again voting to undermine the successful Affordable Care Act -- for the 38th time. Today's new report that the cost to New Yorkers for their health plan will drop by 50% is the latest sign that health care reform is working," said Nadler. "Hard working New Yorkers and their families now have access to more affordable health insurance and the benefits of the Affordable Care Act are being realized by more and more Americans. It is long past time for Republicans to admit that their doomsday predictions were wrong and to support the implementation of this historic law."
