Lance: ObamaCare Delays Are Not Enough. President Should Embrace Repeal and Replace

Location: Flemington, NJ

Congressman Leonard Lance (NJ-07) today issued the following statement regarding last night's announcement by the Obama administration that it would delay until 2015 the employer health mandate of the Affordable Care Act.

"This decision by the Obama Administration to delay a crucial provision of its signature health care law underscores the fact that ObamaCare is unaffordable and unworkable and isn't what the American People were promised. Implementation delays simply are not enough. It's time for President Obama to work with House Republicans to repeal the Affordable Care Act and replace it with effective, common-sense reforms that actually lower health care costs for working families and small businesses."
