"Obamacare was so rushed and so poorly planned that it is collapsing under its own weight. Delaying the coverage mandate is a short term victory for American businesses and the economy. However, only a full repeal will remove the tax and regulatory burdens that have already taken effect and continue to loom. Obamacare has stifled growth by handcuffing businesses that would otherwise expand and its 30-hour definition of full time employment has cut deeply into employee earnings, as employers have scaled back hours to avoid the coverage mandate. To date, we have successfully repealed or rescinded funding for eight provisions of Obamacare and we will not stop until it is fully dismantled and replaced."
