Congressman Bob Latta (R-Bowling Green) released the following statement on the one-year anniversary of the Supreme Court ruling that upheld the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), widely known as Obamacare:

"One year ago today the Supreme Court upheld President Obama's health care law and ruled its mandate as a tax. While the country gets closer to the law's enrollment date for the exchanges on October 1, 2013, we are already beginning to hear about the negative impacts of this law on our small business owners and our hardworking taxpayers. The compliance costs and taxes within Obamacare are preventing American businesses from creating jobs and providing health care for employees. I will continue to work towards repealing the law and replacing it with common-sense health care reforms that will provide Americans with affordable and accessible health care."
