Senator GRAHAM. Yes, because, you know, we are trying to fix problems and not create other problems. I am not really sure I am ready to commit right now, having been a defense attorney, that the only time I can ever interview the person accusing my client
of a crime that could put him in jail for life or other things, that I have somebody else in the interview. I am not so sure that that is--I do not know if it breaches attorney-client privilege. I do not know. This is a far-ranging change. There are two sides to every
court martial or every trial.
