Today, Congressman Eric Cantor (VA-07) released the following statement in honor of Memorial Day:
"This Memorial Day, as we spend time with family and friends, let us honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. It is their sacrifice that has kept America free and strong. We thank all of our veterans and military families, and mourn with those who have lost their loved ones. These patriots answered the call to duty and represent the very best of America. Their legacies live on in our hearts and their heroism inspires us to continue to build an America worthy of their sacrifice."
