As kids wrap up another school year and families prepare for summer break, the pain at the pump continues to hurt our pocketbooks.
One way to help lower gas prices is by increasing energy production through projects like the Keystone XL pipeline. This is why I supported a bill today to bypass the White House's administrative delays on this shovel-ready energy proposal.
The House is not alone in its call for the Keystone XL. A bipartisan coalition of senators, governors, labor unions, editorial boards, and a plurality of the American people support this project that would help minimize the odds of future gas spikes.
It's a fact: Keystone XL means more jobs and a steady new energy source.
