Following yesterday's letter from U.S. Rep. Todd Rokita and members of the Indiana congressional delegation in support of Gov. Mike Pence's request for assistance, the Small Business Administration today announced that low-interest disaster loans will be available to flood victims in certain counties in north-central Indiana. Eligible counties in the 4th District include Carroll, Cass, Clinton and Howard Counties.
"This is excellent news for victims of the recent floods, and I encourage those Hoosiers who were affected to apply for relief. The SBA funding has been designated for disasters just like this, and I appreciate the SBA's quick response to our letter and to Gov. Pence's request. Additionally, any Hoosiers who need assistance with their loan applications should contact my office, as members of my staff are ready and willing to assist," said Rokita.
